There are people who sleep naked in the night because it allows one to get free motion and balances the body temperature. However, not everybody seems to be comfortable with that idea. The best sleep masks should be of cotton or silk and breathable. You can get good quality ear plugs, easily washable. 

Another important factor for a good night sleep is appropriate temperature. Doctors suggest that 60-67 degrees Fahrenheit is the best temperature to feel comfortable. One can control it by using the best comforter, bed sheets, pillows and sheet covers. You should make sure you use blankets according to the outside temperature. Anything that produces heat under your body will make you feel sweaty and sticky in the middle of the night. 

These factors help your body thermoregulate, meaning you’ll have an easier time entering into a state of deep sleep that rejuvenates you for the day ahead.
